1pm - River cruise on the Thames
Artists selected for the London Art Biennale are invited on a Thames river cruise 1pm to 4pm.
The ship is called the Elizabethan and is the same vessel that was used by the Princess Kate Middleton’s family during the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth’s reign - a historic event that saw over 1000 ships, the largest ever fleet to travel the Thames. The ship is a perfect replica of an 1890s Mississippi Stern-wheeled Paddle Steamer and beautifully reflects the style and craftsmanship of that bygone era. The Elizabethan is one of the largest vessels on the Thames and will prove to be a perfect vantage point to see London's wonderful landmarks.
Guests will embark at 12.45pm at Chelsea Harbour pier, near, the Gagliardi Gallery. The ship will take you through London and will then disembark at the London Eye Pier at 4pm.
